Partial Refund Period: Students may request a partial refund up to 14 days from their first workshop session, receiving a prorated refund for unused sessions only.

No Refund Period: No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the purchase of an item.

We offer refunds for the following circumstances:

• Workshop content does not meet the described curriculum
• Technical issues prevent access to workshop materials or sessions
• Instructor cancellation or significant schedule changes
• Medical emergency or extenuating personal circumstances (documentation may be required)
• Dissatisfaction with workshop quality within the 7-day full refund period

How to Initiate a Refund:

2. Include your full name, book or game title, and reason for refund
3. Attach any relevant documentation
4. Submit your request within the applicable time frame listed above
