REFUND POLICY

Terms of Return
Partial Refund Period: Students may request a partial refund up to 14 days from their first workshop session, receiving a prorated refund for unused sessions only.
No Refund Period: No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the purchase of an item.
Eligible Reasons for Refund
We offer refunds for the following circumstances:
- Workshop content does not meet the described curriculum
- Technical issues prevent access to workshop materials or sessions
- Instructor cancellation or significant schedule changes
- Medical emergency or extenuating personal circumstances (documentation may be required)
- Dissatisfaction with workshop quality within the 7-day full refund period
Refund Request Process
How to Initiate a Refund:

- Include your full name, book or game title, and reason for refund
- Attach any relevant documentation
- Submit your request within the applicable time frame listed above

- Specific reason for refund request
Refund Processing
Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval.
Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for enrollment.
Processing Fees: Original payment processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
